This home is from our NZCB Certified Plans range. We made one or two changes for the customer and put underfloor heating in - run from a main gas boiler suppied by Central Heating NZ. The study works well for the customer as he works from home. We installed ply to the whole of the outside of the house before the bricks were laid to help the home last and stop thing getting into the interal walls.

Having been let down by another builder we had 2 weeks to get a portion of our job complete before we hosted a gathering of 70 people at our home.
